NiCd & NiMH Battery Charger Circuit >>

A very interesting and useful design of a multiple nicd & nimh battery charger circuit which can charge many different NiCd and NiMH batteries. It can be used to charge batteries of many electronic devices for example radio, mp3 players, cellular phones and lots of other devices.
You can charge multiple voltage batteries with the help of  the input voltage chart given below for example if you want to charge 1.2V battery then the minimum voltage should be 6.5V and maximum should be 10V. You can also change the output current to desired value by changing the value of resistor RX. The output current chart is also mentioned below. It is better to charge a battery with a current ten time smaller then the battery capacity. If you double the charging current then the battery will charge in half time. I suggest you to charge the battery for 15 hours if you select charging current ten times smaller but if you double the charging current then the battery will become charge in 7 hours.
